The service

BusinessMCP, Inc. provides an AI command center: task threads executed by AI agents, tool connections via the Model Context Protocol, and related automation. The service is provided as-is; AI-generated output should be reviewed before you rely on it.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for activity in your workspace, for the credentials you connect, and for ensuring you have the right to connect third-party accounts. Keep your API keys secret; rotate them if exposed.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no abuse of connected platforms (spam, scraping in violation of terms, deceptive advertising), and no attempts to break workspace isolation. Agent actions you approve are your responsibility.

Billing

Paid plans (Starter $19, Growth $79, Scale $199, Business $499 per month) are billed through Stripe and priced by monthly unique visitors, each with an included allowance of visitors, analytics events and AI runs. Extra seats are $19/month each. If you enable usage-based overage, usage beyond your allowance is billed at the metered rate shown live in your usage dashboard; otherwise you simply hit a soft cap. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where you use BusinessMCP to collect end-visitor data, you are the controller and we act as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for providing your visitors with an appropriate privacy notice and, where required, obtaining their consent. Our tracker is cookieless and privacy-friendly and runs by default; if you enable our optional ad-platform integrations (server-side conversion measurement or audience matching), we honor a Global Privacy Control signal as a Do Not Sell or Share opt-out where required, and you remain responsible for honoring applicable opt-out signals and disclosures. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusinessMCP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including outcomes of AI-generated actions you approve. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
